Getting goods to Tajikistan
We sell ex-works from our Dubai warehouse. Buyers collect in person or appoint a freight forwarder in Dubai who handles collection, freight and export formalities.
Tajikistan is landlocked, so goods normally move by air into Dushanbe, or overland through Tashkent, Almaty or Bishkek. Electronics are high value relative to weight, which is why air freight is common on this route despite the cost. Many Tajik traders already work with forwarders who consolidate Dubai cargo weekly.
Import requirements for Tajikistan
Customs declarations are filed through ASYCUDA World, which the Customs Service moved to in October 2025. Importers register, classify goods by HS code and normally work through a licensed customs broker.
Documentation generally includes the commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, customs cargo declaration, sales contract, certificate of origin and — for many electrical and technical goods — a certificate of conformity.
